You could say I live in the middle ground — where psychology shakes hands with mysticism, and the nervous system finally gets to meet the soul.
After thirty years of teaching psychology, guiding spiritual retreats, and communicating with Spirit, I’ve learned that real transformation doesn’t happen in the clouds.
It happens in the classroom. In the body. In the middle of a messy, beautiful human life.
I speak and teach about that intersection — how science and spirituality aren’t opposites but old friends who’ve just forgotten how to talk to each other. My work is equal parts education, energy, and entertainment (with a little dry apple-cider humor thrown in).
